  • I posted a photo of a page in my stories on the weekend on WHAT MS REALLY IS (swipe left) this was from @medicalmedium 's first book which I've just finished reading and loved! (top book with blue & white cover). I highly recommend this one! I can honestly say the medical medium is blowing my mind 🀯. He talks about the history and root cause of so much illness we see today inc autoimmune diseases & MS + toxicity, healing, and using angles and nature to heal πŸ™πŸΌ so beautiful I've never read anything like it. Now I'm reading Life Changing foods, he's already got me obsessed with papaya and wild blue berries, juicing celery every morning (still going!) I tossed together shredded red cabbage, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, grated carrot, cucumber πŸ₯’, snow peas, beans, zucchini, chopped mint & parsley with boiled sweet potato chunks 🍠 & brown rice. Then I made a little dressing with honey, mustard, evoo, ginger, lemon juice, sea salt & pepper. #greens #eatyourveggies

  • N e w  A L m o n d &  C i n n i m o n  B l i s s  B a L L  R e c i p e #omsfriendly πŸͺπŸͺπŸͺ...β†· 1/2 cup almondmeal, 1/2 cup wheatfree oats, 1/4 cup quinoa flakes, 7 medjool dates, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon tahini, 1 +1/4 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 tablespoon almond butter, pinch sea salt. Soak medjol dates in hot water to soften, remove pips first. Add oats to a food processor and blitz till it resembles a flour, add pumpkin seeds and blitz into crumb. Add almondmeal, quinoa flakes, cinnamon, sea salt and blitz together to mix everything. Remove dates from the water and discard the water, add them to the food processor along with almond butter and tahini. Blitz again till combined. Scoop out with a tablespoon and roll into balls. Just keep tapping away at it, keep showing up everyday, keep encouraging yourself to make better and better decisions about what you eat πŸƒ what you think πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ and how you move your body πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ - by doing this your already there, your conscious, your doing it. New healthier habits begin to form while the old ones slip away. Then your bodies health starts to follow and you'll notice those niggly symptoms you once had fade away, your fatigue starts lifting, then suddenly you notice one day your actually achieving more than ever before. But healing doesn't come from being hard on yourself, negative thinking or self hatred. It comes from self love, respecting your body and having your own back. Your always doing your best!
